Founder and Lead Mentor
Maj. Reshma Jayaraj, RN, is a former Indian Army Officer whose career includes critical-care nursing, emergency response, clinical leadership, staff education and international nursing-registration experience.
After navigating the NCLEX-RN and international registration journey herself, she founded BeeRN to give nurses the structured preparation, honest pathway guidance and personal accountability.
Her approach combines clinical discipline with supportive mentorship. Every candidate is encouraged to understand the reasoning behind nursing decisions, track measurable progress and prepare with a clear plan.
The BeeRN difference
BeeRN is guided by a former Indian Army Officer with experience in clinical leadership, emergency response, staff education and international nursing-registration pathways.
Every candidate begins from a different stage. BeeRN recommends preparation based on the candidate's examination, current knowledge, timeline and identified weak areas.
Weekly assessments, progress tracking, preparation targets and mentor reviews help candidates remain consistent.
Candidates are taught to understand patient safety, prioritization and nursing judgment rather than memorizing answers.
BeeRN explains the support it provides, the responsibilities of the candidate and the decisions that can only be made by official regulators.
Online learning options and structured preparation plans help nurses balance exam preparation with employment and personal responsibilities.
How BeeRN works
Practice and performance review
BeeRN uses scheduled assessments to help NCLEX-RN, REx-PN and CPNRE candidates measure readiness, identify weak areas and turn practice into a clear next study plan.
Short, focused tests help candidates review priority topics, pharmacology, patient safety, delegation and clinical judgment before gaps become habits.
Longer exam-style mocks build timing, stamina and confidence for NCLEX-RN, REx-PN and CPNRE question patterns.
Students review why an option is safe, unsafe, priority or delayed, so the learning stays rooted in nursing reasoning.
Scores, mistakes and confidence levels are reviewed to create specific study actions before the next assessment.
Guided learning system
BeeRN combines live teaching, recorded review support, NGN-style question practice and personal mentorship for internationally educated nurses preparing for Canada and USA nursing pathways.
Practice case studies, bow-tie items, prioritization, safety, delegation and medication questions with clear rationales.
Structured lessons help candidates revisit high-yield topics, pharmacology, fundamentals and exam strategy between live sessions.
Mentor reviews help students understand weak areas, stay accountable and prepare with a personal study path.

I am so lucky to have had Reshma as my instructor at Bee RN Coaching. I am truly grateful for her patience, guidance, and constant encouragement throughout my REx-PN preparation. I truly appreciate everything you have done! Forever thankful 🙏
REx-PNGood class
I had books, screenshots, notes and links everywhere, but no proper weekly plan. BeeRN helped me understand my weak areas and organize my preparation. The mock-test discussions also helped me see why I was choosing unsafe answers.
NCLEX-RN Comprehensive CoachingI had already studied by myself, but NGN case studies were confusing. The review helped me understand how to read each case, identify priorities and avoid repeating the same safety mistakes.
NCLEX-RN Exam-Readiness ReviewConsistency was my biggest challenge while working. The weekly targets and mentor follow-up helped me keep studying even on busy days. Pharmacology felt more manageable when it was divided into clear review blocks.
NCLEX-RN Comprehensive CoachingI was confused about documents, registration steps and when to begin exam preparation. BeeRN helped me put everything in order, stop following conflicting advice and work through one clear plan.
Nursing Registration Pathway SupportI needed honest correction for my speaking and writing. The feedback was direct but supportive, and the mock practice helped my answers sound more natural and my writing become better organized.

Former Indian Army Officer • Founder and Lead Mentor, BeeRN
Major Reshma Jayaraj's nursing career was shaped by service, discipline, clinical responsibility and leadership under pressure. Her experience spans military nursing, medical-surgical care, critical care, emergency response, clinical-team leadership and staff education.
Today, she brings those experiences to BeeRN, where she personally guides nurses preparing for licensing examinations and international nursing-registration pathways.
A career built on service
An Armed Forces Medical College graduate and University rank holder in BSc Nursing, Major Reshma began her professional journey in the Indian Army. During her military nursing career, she worked across demanding clinical environments, including medical-surgical units and intensive care. Her responsibilities included patient care, team leadership, clinical coordination, staff supervision and nursing education.
Major Reshma's Army service included critical-care leadership, aeromedical evacuation and emergency-response responsibilities. She served as a team leader during the first evacuation mission from Wuhan and contributed to the establishment and management of crisis-response and COVID-care wards. Her frontline service received recognition from the Prime Minister of India and senior Armed Forces leadership.
After her military nursing career, Major Reshma completed the NCLEX-RN and navigated the international nursing-registration process. She experienced the same questions many internationally educated nurses face: which pathway to choose, which documents to prepare, how to approach the examination and how to remain consistent while balancing professional and personal responsibilities.
BeeRN was founded to create a more personal and transparent preparation experience for nurses pursuing international registration. Many candidates feel lost between coaching institutes, registration agencies, online resources and conflicting advice. BeeRN brings these pieces together through structured exam preparation, progress monitoring, individual mentorship and clearly defined registration-process guidance.
BeeRN does not encourage candidates to memorize answers without understanding the clinical reasoning behind them. Candidates are trained to approach questions through patient safety, prioritization, clinical judgment, communication, delegation and professional responsibility.
“Behind every nurse preparing for an exam is a story that others may not see—the long hours, the self-doubt, the responsibilities, and the hope of building a better future. Some candidates need to strengthen their concepts. Some need more practice. Others simply need clear direction and someone who genuinely believes in them.
At BeeRN, we begin by understanding the person before planning the preparation. We identify where you are, what is holding you back, and what will help you move forward with confidence. Because you do not need another generic study plan—you need guidance that feels personal, practical, honest, and built around your journey.”
